UMA PROPOSTA METODOLÓGICA DE CENSO: O CASO DAS LÍNGUAS ADICIONAIS NO RIO GRANDE DO SUL

Abstract

In this study, we present a proposal for a research methodology to establish the profile of the offer of Spanish and the profile of the teacher of this additional language in 490 municipalities in Rio Grande do Sul through a census. To achieve this purpose, this research, with a quantitative approach, will cover methodological procedures, such as: elaboration of questionnaires, pre-test and application of the survey via the internet, replacing interviewers and data typing, different from the traditional process. On the other hand, we present challenges associated with this means of research, especially for the researcher, in order to be able to motivate respondents so that they not only provide their opinions, but that they do so quickly and effectively, with honest and reliable answers . Finally, we present the statistical approach to be used in the treatment of collected data and the purposes for using the information obtained.
