Abstract

This article aims to analyze the conformation of permanent education actions through the National Permanent Education Program - CapacitaSUAS in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. An attempt was made to carry out a documentary analysis through product delivery reports, as well as instruments produced within the scope of state management. The results obtained were analyzed using the dialectical historical method, which aims to contribute to an analysis of possible scenarios of permanent education within the SUAS for the development of actions by social assistance workers, managers, and counselors.

Doctor student in Education, in the Research Line: Social Movements, Work and Education, through the Postgraduate Program in Education at the Federal University

from Rio Grande do Sul, Master in Social Policy and Social Service and Graduated in

Social Service from the same university. He is currently a social worker at Department of Social Assistance -DAS linked to the Assistance Secretariat Social - SAS of the Government of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, working in the Management of Work and Continuing Education of Social Assistance Policy. Acts as Coordinator of the State Center for Permanent Education - NUEP. He has experience in the area of ​​Social Service, with an emphasis on health and assistance policies social, working mainly on the following topics: work management, education permanent, organization of work processes, work and combat work analogous to that of a slave.

PhD student in Social Anthropology UFRGS. Graduated in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2009). He has a master's degree from the Postgraduate in Social Anthropology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do South. Has experience in the field of anthropology, with a special interest in anthropology kinship, anthropology of science, practices of justice and citizenship.

Acts as General Coordinator of Decentralized Management and Social Participation, Secretary Executive of the SUAS Tripartite Commission - CIT/SUAS of the Ministry of Development and Social Assistance, Family and Fight against Hunger, Counselor Government member at the National Social Assistance Council - CNAS, worked with the offering Technical Support to municipalities in the state of Minas Gerais, being assigned to the State Secretariat for Social Development - SEDESE. Has experience in the area Administration, with an emphasis on Public Administration and Single System Management of Social Assistance - SUAS, is a specialist in Public Management from AVM - Faculty Integrated and has worked as a lecturer, held seminars, professor facilitator of the CapacitaSUAS, organized conferences and others.

He has a degree in Social Service from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (1987), a Master's degree in Social Service from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (1998) and a PhD in Social Service from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (2008), with a doctoral internship at the Institute of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Porto-Portugal. He has experience as a Social Worker at Porto Alegre City Hall, working in health policy and social assistance policy. She is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Social Service at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS. She coordinates the Education, Work, Social Policies research group. She works mainly on the following topics: Social Service; Permanent Education and Work; Public Social Policies with an emphasis on social assistance. He also develops research on special rights such as the Indigenous Question, Indigenous Policies and affirmative actions. He is a CNPQ productivity fellow PQ.2.
