ASSOCIATIVISMO: UMA ANÁLISE DA ASSOCIAÇÃO DE TURISMO RURAL CAMINHOS DO MARRECAS DE FRANCISCO BELTRÃO/PR

Abstract
Rural tourism provides a contact of the urban populations with the culture and the rural day-to-day. On the rise in Brazil, this activity allows the rural producer to obtain an increase in his income and remain in the field. In Francisco Beltrão, some properties began to work with rural tourism, joined forces in an informal group that later was formalized through an association. The following survey, aimed for describing the path of Marrecas’ Ways Rural Tourism Association activities. This study is classified as a qualitative research conducted by a documental research and a case report. An interview containing open questions was carried out with three assoociation members and the Emater extensionist, who was the responsable for its creation. As a result, it was established how the rural tourism group originated the Marrecas’ Ways Rural Tourism Association, including the difficulties, potentialities and challenges.
