PERCEPÇÕES DA FORÇA DE VENDAS SOBRE GESTÃO DO TEMPO E PRODUTIVIDADE NO AGRONEGÓCIO

Resumo
O setor do agronegócio é caracterizado pela competitividade e por dinâmicas comerciais que exigem mobilidade, relacionamento próximo com os clientes e capacidade de organizar as atividades de campo. Nesse contexto, a gestão do tempo torna-se relevante para a produtividade das equipes de vendas, uma vez que uma parte significativa das atividades comerciais envolve deslocamentos, o atendimento a produtores e a execução de tarefas administrativas. Diante desse cenário, este estudo objetivou analisar como uma equipe de vendas de uma empresa do setor agrícola percebe a produtividade e a gestão do tempo no desempenho de suas atividades comerciais. Para atingir esse objetivo, realizou-se uma pesquisa de natureza aplicada, com abordagem qualitativa. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio de um roteiro semiestruturado aplicado a 20 profissionais da área comercial de uma empresa agrícola. Os resultados indicam que grande parte do tempo de trabalho dos vendedores é dedicada a atividades consideradas improdutivas. Observou-se também que, embora a empresa disponibilize algumas ferramentas tecnológicas de apoio à gestão, há limitações na integração de processos internos e na oferta de treinamentos voltados à gestão do tempo. Como implicação, os resultados evidenciam a importância de investimentos organizacionais em tecnologias, na simplificação de processos e em programas de capacitação no setor.
