O combate ao Terrorismo como elemento de cooperação internacional

Abstract

The terrorism transnationality is an important factor of this phenomenon, hence it becomes a relevant threat to the international society. Therefore, once its activities threat the international peace and security, there is an increase on the states’ propensity to cooperate internationally or deepen cooperate relations that already exist in order to fight terrorist organizations. Then, the present article pursues to analyze international cooperation relations on the fight on terrorism, when they were established and their effects. Finally, it is possible to observe the states’ high tendency to cooperate internationally for the fight on terrorist activities, once they threat the international society and also a real effectiveness on the fight on terrorist organizations when it is done under international cooperation.
